Refund Eligibility

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are NOT eligible for refund or exchange:

  • Items that have been worn, used, or washed
  • Items with missing tags or damaged packaging
  • Items damaged due to misuse or customer negligence
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
  • Intimate apparel, swimwear, and undergarments (for hygiene reasons)

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund or exchange, please follow these steps:

  • Our team will review your request and provide return instructions within 1-2 business days
  • Pack the item(s) securely in original packaging
  • Ship the item(s) to the address provided by our team

Refund Processing Timeline

Once we receive your returned item(s), our team will inspect them to ensure they meet our return criteria.

  • Inspection will be completed within 3 business days of receiving the item
  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Please allow 5 additional business days for the refund to appear in your account
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed

Return Shipping Responsibility

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns
  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately:

  • Report the issue within 48 hours of receiving your order
  • Provide photos of the damaged or incorrect item
  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you
  • Return shipping will be covered by us for defective or incorrect items
