Payment must be completed at the time of order placement, except for Cash on Delivery orders. All transactions are secure and encrypted.

For COD orders, payment is collected upon delivery. Please ensure you have the exact amount ready.

We offer shipping across Pakistan. Delivery times vary depending on your location:

• Major cities: 2-4 business days
• Other areas: 5-7 business days

Shipping charges may apply based on your location and order value. Free shipping may be available on orders above a certain amount.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate to avoid delivery issues.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it under the following conditions:

• Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery
• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required

Non-returnable items: Undergarments, cosmetics, and sale items are not eligible for return unless defective.

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
